Hello lovely families! I am a certified teacher seeking a summer job. My career began when I taught preschool for three years. Two years in a head start program and one year in Hoboken. During that time, I primarily worked with Pre-k students ages 3-5years but also taught 2-year-olds. I also worked as an Instructional Coach for Summer Camp Counselors in Wilmington, Delaware as part of the Summer Collaborative. Through this, I supported students learning across various summer camps in the city of Wilmington. I've taught third and fourth grade Special Education. I also taught bilingual 3rd, 4th and 5th grade. I currently teach 3rd grade bilingual. I've taught bilingual and esl for 9 years. In a nutshell, I have worked with young children ages 2-12. I can babysit and or tutor young children. Specifically I can tutor reading and writing.

Karen has been an amazing sitter for my 2 girls (ages 2 and 4). She used to work at their daycare as a teacher in the preschool room and she currently babysits for us, as needed, on weekends. My girls get so excited when we tell them that she is coming over and they are so happy around her. Karen plays with them and encourages their imagination. She reads lots of books with them and is helping my 4 year old to learn to read and write. I highly recommend her and am happy to speak with anyone interested in hiring her.
