Karen is wonderful. My dog Ruby is a rescue with special needs. Karen is attentive, kind, experienced, and communicative. I had a concern about Ruby the day after we got back and I messaged Karen about it. Karen was extremely detailed in her response and helped me to figure out what was going on with Ruby. It has been so hard finding someone that I can trust to handle Ruby's needs and dog reactivity, and Karen has been a source of relief. I am so grateful to have found her.
