About Karen

I raised 5 children and enjoy spending time with my 6 grandchildren. When my children were young, I did daycare in my home for 5 years. I helped out my daughter for 14 years with her son when he needed child care after school, or in the evening. When she had business trips, I stayed at her home, picked him up from school, got him ready for school, cooked meals, picked up the house, etc. I love board games, tennis, golf, skiing, bowling, swimming, watching children's sports. Also included in my experiences in the past 10 years is doing pet, overnight, and childcare for professional families in my area and substitute teaching. References are available upon request.
