About Karen

I am a caring, responsible, and experienced childcare professional with a strong background in early childhood education, teaching, and child development. I have extensive experience creating safe, nurturing, and engaging environments where children feel loved, supported, and encouraged to learn. I am passionate about helping children grow through play, creativity, hands-on activities, and meaningful everyday experiences. I understand the importance of each child's individual needs, routines, emotional well-being, and developmental milestones. I am also experienced in planning educational activities, supporting positive behavior, and maintaining open communication with families. As a bilingual English and Spanish speaker, I can also introduce children to a second language in a fun and natural way. Families can count on me to be patient, dependable, attentive, and genuinely committed to their children's safety and happiness.
