Karen was wonderful with our infant son. She was extremely attentive and caring with him. Karen has such a sweet presence, it was an instant connection with her and our son! She is very knowledgeable, maintained our son's schedule with ease, and ensured he was happy and well-taken care of. She was so engaging with him and he adored her (we all did!). She had great communication with us which was greatly appreciated. We are so grateful to have found Karen, and hope we can have her care for our son again in the future!
