Karen began working with my family when my twin daughters were 5 months old and has been with us ever since; my daughters will be 2 years old soon. As a first-time mother, I was concerned about finding someone who could handle the obligations of caring for two newborn babies. When I met her, she mentioned that she had previously worked with two sets of twins. I was overjoyed to learn that she would be able to handle my girls with ease. She was welcomed like family as soon as she began working for us. She watches after my girls as if they were her own, and they adore her. Throughout their developmental stages, she would notify me of what could be best for them (which was quite useful to me). For example, during the transition stage of feeding my daughters less milk and beginning solids, she discovered that they actually enjoyed eating solids and that they could consume a bigger amount in their regular meals. Karen would email me pictures/videos of my daughters when they reached milestones (crawling, walking, talking) so I didn't feel like I was missing out on anything. Karen is dependable and flexible, and she goes above and beyond for my daughters. She is completely transparent and would never put my children in harms way. My gut instinct told me that Karen would be a fantastic fit for my family the moment I met her! I wholeheartedly recommend her!
