I'd describe my personality as calm, adaptable, and kind. I love caring for animals because they bring me so much joy. I started working with animals professionally when I was offered a job dog-sitting for a coworker: that was 10 years ago and I was hooked. I've since cared for many dogs and cats with a wide variety of unique needs. I love to meet new animals with different personalities and figure out their little quirks. I am experienced with animals with very specific routines and am happy to bend over backwards to make sure your companions have everything just as they need it. My skills include reading animals needs, providing comfort to anxious animals with a calm and stable presence, and following complicated detailed care instructions. (Diapers, oral medications, baths) In my spare time I make candles, I have a young niece I love spending time with doing crafts, I have hobby chickens in my backyard who I enjoy spoiling with snacks, I take walks as often as possible.
