About Kara

Hello! My name is Kara. I have many years of experience in child care, but I also worked as a medical assistant, and have paid experience caring for my great-grandmother, and my grandfather before their passings. They both had different forms of dementia. I feel that my experience as both someone who has worked in the medical field, and someone who has professionally cared for elderly before, could make me a good match for your family member. I do have a daughter who is nearly 3. I would be hoping to bring her along with me, when she's not in preschool. She loves people, once she warms up to them, and I know a lot of elderly folks can be lonelier and might love to have a little ray of sunshine about.
