Hi! I am a special education teacher in Winston Salem. I am a full time teacher in the WSFCS district, but am looking for a summer position as a nanny or babysitter. I have taught for 10 years, and love my job! I enjoy setting up art activities, sensory experiences, and watching children experience new ways to be creative. I have worked with students from preschool to 5th grade in a classroom setting, but have experience with all ages. Kara was my son's nanny over the summer and we can't recommend her enough! My son has special needs so since Kara is an EC teacher, I felt even more comfortable when he was with her. She is kind, funny, dependable and great with kids. She took him all over - parks, play gyms, splash pads, you name it. He LOVED his time with her.
