About Kara

Since I was young I wanted to help elders volunteering at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in N. J. I went to college for Hospitality Management at Johnson&Wales University in Providence, RI. I am able to meal prep. as I have set menus in my trade. I can plan activities as I have done so on a larger scale, but my passion has always been to help others. Several years ago my father became ill, I took care of him until his passing. I ensured he enjoyed life. In my life, this will always be my biggest accomplishment. I am CPR/AED defibilator certfied by the American Heart Association. I renewed and attended class in March 2022. I have my own vehicle and I love pets. I am an old soul and love old tunes from Frank Sinatra to Glenn Miller. Last year I prepared 20 holiday bags with gifts for the Assisted Living home in Georgetown, KY after finding out their needs. I am certified in Zumba and can tone in down for light exercise if that is what is needed. I thank you in advance!
