About Kara

Hi my name is Kara! I am 23 years old and graduated May 2022 with a dual degree in Elementary Education and Liberal Arts with a concentration in Psychology. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Special Education for moderate disabilities. I am actively working towards my teaching license. I work in a sub separate classroom as a teaching assistant for students with severe disabilities such as developmental and intellectual delays, behaviors, ADD/ADHD and Autism in Needham. This school year will be my second year as a teaching assistant. I have been in the general education classroom as a co-teacher and a substitute. I absolutely love working with kids and helping them learn!
