About Kara

Hi! I am a recent college graduate from the University of Utah (Class of 2020), and I am looking for one-time babysitting or tutoring jobs. I have been working for a wonderful family for the last two years as their full-time nanny, but unfortunately, they will be relocating for the summer. In total, I have worked as a nanny/full-time caregiver for about 8 years. I absolutely love children, and caregiving has turned out to be an amazing college job for me! Before COVID-19, I spent my summers at Mt. Hood in Oregon working as a camp counselor at a summer ski and snowboard camp, High Cascade and Windell's (CPR/First Aid Cert). In my free time, I love to snowboard, run, backpack, read, and walk my dog, Johnny. I am very COVID-19-friendly: I am an avid mask-wearer, I do not have contact with anyone other than my fiancé, and I only participate in activities in which I can social distance. I take every precaution I can in my personal and professional life. I look forward to hearing from you!
