Kaniz is very professional and reliable. I can't say enough good things. I needed someone I could trust with a key to my apartment and someone I could 100% rely upon, as I use my apartment as a vacation rental and often are not able to get to NYC to clean and/or meet arriving guests. Kaniz not only followed my directions- she asked a number of questions upon our first meeting to ensure that we are both on the same page. I would highly recommend Kaniz to anyone who is looking for someone for cleaning/housekeeping.
