About Kameron

My name is Kameron, and I am a sophomore at Christopher Newport University. My two years working at a dog daycare deepened my love for animals and improved my animal care and customer service skills. Each day began with excited pups greeting their friends and caregivers. I supervised playtime, ensuring the safety and well-being of each dog while learning to recognize their unique personalities and needs. This helped facilitate positive interactions and resolve conflicts. This experience taught me valuable lessons in patience, empathy, and communication as I created a nurturing environment for both dogs and their owners. I maintained cleanliness for our furry clients' health and regularly updated pet owners, fostering trust. Witnessing the dogs' growth was rewarding, as I helped shy pups gain confidence and taught energetic ones to play gently.
