About Kalyn

I have experience as a Montessori School teacher where I was head teacher of the toddler room. I have worked with infants, toddlers and pre-k and babysat for all ages. I love working with children and I am very excited to continue that in the future until I have some of my own. I worked as a nanny for some time but took a break to manage Accounts Payables for a commercial window company. I'm looking to get out of the office and think getting back into childcare would be more fulfilling for me for the summer and so on! I also run a small art business selling my art, jewelry, etc! I believe in being a very engaging, hands on caregiver and that play is very important for young kids! I am very artistic, creative, outdoorsy, and playful which helps to create a fun learning environment for your kids.

-very interactive with our kids -have only hired her for one job so far, but she was on time, attentive to the kids, and gave us a thorough summary of what they did throughout the evening -she was a last minute hire as our normal babysitter wasn't available, and she was very understanding and she even came out a couple days early to do an initial meet with the family. We will definitely be back in touch in the future for other jobs.
