Kalley is probably one of the most thoughtful, responsible and loving caregivers we have ever had! She supports our parenting style with intention and curiosity, and treats our 3 kids (6y, 3y, 10m) like they are her own. Kalley has excellent communication with us and is dependable. She loves doing arts and crafts, going outside and really engaging all of our children at whatever skill level they are at. She is thoughtful about how she phrases things, promotes body positivity/consent, and handles kid (and sometimes parent) meltdowns with calmness and compassion. Sometimes I feel like she cares for our children better than I can! She is what I would consider a unicorn nanny. Your family will never regret hiring her… but I may regret sharing her lol. We love her and would be happy to answer any questions at all!
