About Kali

Hello! I have 10+ years of experience in family childcare - for various ages/developmental stages. I have experience working in wilderness therapy where I led and managed groups of 10-12 kids aged 13-17 on therapeutic wilderness expeditions. I also worked as a Behavioral Health Specialist, caring for young children during both day and night shifts at Children's Hospital of Colorado. I babysat and nannied throughout my high school and college years, as well as for some families during my graduate school career and can provide excellent references upon request. I am currently working towards my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at CU Denver with the plan to be a Child and Adolescent Therapist. I love spending time with kids for their effortless sense of humor and view on the world. I strongly believe in the importance of nature for children, value implementing creativity into any moment, hold strong boundaries with compassion, and always approach situations with curiosity!
