I have been a CNA, and Caregiver for more than 20 years and have a lot of experience with elderly care. My experience includes working in Nursing Homes Facilities, Convalescent Homes, Assisted Living, , even now to serving Seniors in there own homes. It's challenging and rewarding at the same time doing this kind of work. If you want your loved ones to be cared for the best way is to always look for the quality of a person who can deliver doing there job, and that you know they will be cared for in every way possible. One of the reasons I got into this business is from my own personal experience caring for my father who had Alzheimer's disease for years. It was challenging but it taught me a lot to be patience, understanding, and compassionate. Therefore when caring for the Seniors I apply that when I'm working in an Assisted Living facility or in their individual homes. Best thing about caregiving is knowing you can do the job and make a difference in the life of Seniors.
