About Kaleigh

Hi! I'm Kaleigh, an experienced childcare provider of 8 years total with 4 years of experience working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with children of varying ages, abilities, and support needs. I'm passionate about creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and be themselves. I love incorporating arts and crafts, reading, music, outdoor play, sensory activities, and other hands-on learning opportunities into our day. My ABA background has also given me extensive experience supporting communication, emotional regulation, independence, daily living skills, transitions, and age-appropriate developmental goals. I'm very patient, energetic, dependable, and hands-on. I believe in meeting children where they are, encouraging independence, offering choices, and using positive reinforcement to help them feel confident and successful. I want parents to feel comfortable knowing their child is with someone who has their best interest at heart
