Failed to follow written instructions to put things away that were taken out before leaving for the day. Sat on her phone a lot. When I asked her to please put things away, she quit. I was very kind in my request and communicated to make sure we were on the same page as often as needed. She also failed to disclos a condition that prevents her from running making her unfit to care for kids alone should an emergency arise.
