With over 11 years of experience as a nanny, a flawless record, and great references, I am the nanny you have been looking for! The families that I work with are a big part of my life. As an example, I am still the Girl Scout Leader for the first family I nannied for when I moved to Seattle in 2013. I view professional child care as a partnership between myself, the children, and the parents. In this partnership I value open communication, honesty, alignment and strategic discussions around how best to overcome challenges, and most importantly love. I recently had my own amazing baby girl, R, in September of 2021. We are going to be starting a nanny share in September 2023 with an all 2yo class. From my experience children this age learn and grow best in a small group environment vs 1:1 or large day care classes. This is why I have decided to start my own nanny share with a fully dedicated space in West Seattle. We will provide all meals, activities and help with potty training.

Kala was our nanny for two years (one during Covid) for our two girls (newborn and two when she started). She integrated into our family immediately providing the much needed help we needed. Both my wife and I work full time and needed to be able to count on a nanny. Kala's punctuality and reliably created consistencies in daily routine for both our girls and my wife and I. Something we particularly appreciated was part of her daily routine always included an outdoor activity or "adventure" with the girls. Kala was also always proactive with art and other learning projects to keep the girls busy. When Covid happened Kala worked with us to create a plan that felt safe for all involved. We still think of Kala as part of the family and are forever grateful for all she has done for us.
