About Kalah

Hi! I'm Kalah, and I'm excited to become your family's next babysitter! I began my childcare journey in 2017, working at a daycare as a Teacher's Aide in every classroom, from infants through preschool. I spent 3. 5 years there before transitioning to nannying in mid-2020, Over the past six years, I've worked as a nanny working with many families and cared for newborns through school-age children in one-on-one, sibling, and shared care. I also provide babysitting during evenings and weekends. I now work as a substitute teacher, working with students from PK-12th grade. I'm pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Human Development at Coppin State University. I also hold an Associate's degree in ECE from the CCBC. My training includes Maryland's 90-hour Childcare Certification. I'm certified in Pediatric CPR, AED, and First Aid, and I have a valid driver's license, my own vehicle, and current vaccinations.
