About Kaitlyn

I love working with children because they are constantly curious and willing to learn. I also appreciate their positivity and great imagination. I grew up with a brother who was 9 years younger than me, who I would help my parents watch while they were at work. I have over five years of experience in childcare, ranging from babysitting for family friends to working as a part-time nanny for two young children aged 3 and 5. My responsibilities have included meal preparation, planning and engaging in educational and recreational activities, helping with homework, and ensuring a safe environment. When away at college, I also work at a Child Care Center, supervising multiple children at a time ranging from infants to pre-k. What sets me apart as a babysitter is my commitment to creating a positive and stimulating environment for children. I hold a certification in First Aid and CPR, which ensures that I am prepared for emergencies.
