About Kaitlyn

I'd describe my personality as creative, responsible, outgoing! One thing you should know is I'm flexible with time, however I prefer after school hours. I like working with kids because I want to positively influence our next generations. Give them a safe space to explore, be creative with respect for rules and morals. I want to teach our kids for future generations. I'm looking for a job that respects me and values my time. I'm looking for open minds that want to learn just as much as me. I started working with kids when I was offered the job at Boys and Girls Clubs at 18, and worked there for the next 2 years. In my spare time, I like to create, stay active, and allow myself time to reflect. One thing you should know about me is I am flexible, however need to know in advance to arrange my personal life accordingly. I keep my work life separate from my personal life so I wouldn't let that affect my productivity. My skills include patience, compassion and empathy.
