About Kaitlyn

Hello! Let me tell you a little about myself. My husband, our 7-year-old daughter, pets and I live in middle TN. We enjoy being active outside, hiking, making music and doing yoga. We are a rescue family and volunteer with a local dog rescue, pet sit and have rescues of our own. I have been working with children, as a nanny and a teacher, for over 20 years. I grew up teaching Sunday school and VBS then began babysitting in 5th grade. In 2008, I began my journey as a nanny. In 2012, I began teaching preschool. In 2016, I started teaching piano lessons. Teaching and working with children is my passion. I am trained in various teaching styles and tailor my approach to each child's specific needs. Montessori, Reggio Emilia and Waldorf teaching styles are my favorites. I am CPR / First Aid / AED certified. I have a safe, reliable car. Working with children and their families is truly my passion. I look forward to getting to know your family!
