About Kaitlyn

I have previously worked at Obstacle Warrior Kids in Southlake, in the position of ninja coach. My job was to not just watch but also motivate and encourage, as well as teach the children how to complete the obstacles safely. I also worked at the Roanoke Recreation Center as a childcare assistant in the daycare. I have experience in not only caring for children but also helping them to learn and develop skills that will be useful for the rest of their lives. I truly enjoy working with children, even though it can be challenging at times, it is also very rewarding. I always aim to provide children with a safe, loving, and encouraging environment. I want them to feel comfortable and cared for in my presence. I hope to not just care for the children but build bonds with them, as well as make a positive impact on their lives, as they have done with me.
