About Kaitlyn

Hi, my name is Katie, and I am a college student studying elementary education! Over the past several years I have had several different jobs through the YMCA that have allowed me to work with children of all different ages in a variety of different settings, such as a daycare facility, teaching swim lessons, and several different summer camp programs. I love being able to interact with kids, getting to teach them new things, and watching them grow all while having a positive impact on them! I have both a first-aid and CPR certification, as well as been through a certified nursing assistant course. I am comfortable with helping with any light-housekeeping, cooking, helping with homework, and being around any pets you might have. Currently, I am studying at Iowa State University, so I do have a class schedule during the week. I look forward to hearing from you and getting to know your family!
