Hello! The government calls me Kaitlyn but my friends call me Bobbi :) From neighborhood babysitter to swim coach to devoted auntie, I've always loved caring for kids. I'm a freelance photographer and science writer with a degree in Cell and Molecular Biology. I'm passionate about curiosity, learning, nature, and creative exploration, and I love sharing that energy with children-whether it's helping with homework, exploring outdoors, reading together, or encouraging creativity. I'm a big foodie and enjoy preparing healthy meals and snacks. I care deeply about creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where kids feel seen, encouraged, and excited to learn.
Kaitlyn taught my son swimming lessons for the last two summers. She was always positive and engaging. She made it fun for my son and he progressed well under her guidance. Kaitlyn was great with him, worked to understand how to best work with him and figured out what motivated him. I never worried about him while they were at the pool together. She communicated well with me, answering questions. We talked together on an approach to help my son swim, as he could do it before he had his own confidence. I appreciated her kindness, patience, and guidance. I wouldn't hesitate to have Kaitlyn as a babysitter!
