I would highly recommend Kaitlynn for any position she applies for. Kaitlynn is compassionate, attentive, creative, loving and a lot of fun to be with. She has a natural way of putting people at ease and making them feel valuable. She pays attention to instructions and detail. She has been a babysitter for at least 8 years and is well loved by those she watches and their families. She gives the children she has watched her full attention as well as keeping the home tidy. She held a housecleaning job since she was in seventh-grade and proved very faithful and thorough. She is an amazing young lady with high character and values. You will benefit having Kaitlynn as an employee.
