About Kaitlynn

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, nurturing, and patient. I like working with kids because every day is filled with joy, laughter, and new discoveries. Witnessing their curiosity and growth brings fulfillment, and being part of their journey to learn and explore is incredibly rewarding. I'm looking for a job that offers a supportive and nurturing environment where I can make a positive impact on children's lives. I started working with kids when I was still a kid myself. I would babysit over the summer, dog walk, babysit for my parents friends, and etc. I started my first "real" job at 18 as a daycare teacher. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, or painting or crafts. Also, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. One thing you should know about me is that trust and fostering a relationship with the family is important to me to provide the best care for their children. My skills include patience, communication, and creativity.
