About Kaitlynn

Hi! My name is Kaitlynn, and I'm 21 years old with 8 years of childcare experience. I've also worked at a cheer gym for the past 4 years, where I've had the opportunity to coach and work with children of different ages. Working with kids has taught me the importance of patience, responsibility, encouragement, and creating a safe and positive environment for every child. I love helping kids learn, grow, build confidence, and have fun! I'm caring, dependable, and passionate about making sure every child feels safe, supported, and loved. I would love the opportunity to help a family with their childcare needs and become someone they can trust and rely on!
