About Kaitlynn

Hi there! I've recently relocated to Indy and am so eager to meet families and form amazing bonds with you and your kiddos. I studied Early Childhood Education at Indiana University for several years before landing a wonderful Pre-K teaching position. While taking a break from teaching, I found a passion in nannying. After four years, I still find new reasons to be in love with this career. I base what I do on the Creative Curriculum and strive to foster all domains of development. This looks like creating environments based on nourishing social-emotional, physical, cognitive, and language development. That said, I strive to leave you with a clean slate (along with smiling kiddos!) at the end of the day. I practice Conscious Discipline which in recent years has essentially become "gentle parenting". When met with patience, love, and understanding, I believe every challenge provides an opportunity for bonding and growth. Looking forward to hearing from you, thanks for your time!!
