About Kaitlyn

My name is Kaitlyn . I am a senior studying social work at Molloy University. I have always loved working with kids of all ages! With 7 years of experience in childcare, I understand the unique joys and challenges of working with kids. I believe that every child deserves a caring and supportive environment to explore their interests and develop their skills. I enjoy creating fun indoor/outdoor activities whether it be playing sports, educational games, or dressing up! I ensure that each child feels valued, understood, and heard. I prioritize the needs of each child and their families and try my best to make sure the needs are met! I love all pets, and own a car with driving experience of 5 years. I can be flexible and work around different schedules!
