About Kaitlyn

I am a motivated college student and part-time manager looking to care for your children! With over four years of different child care experience, I am well equipped to bring my care to the table. I'd describe my personality as empathetic, easy-going, and respectful. I like working with kids because I enjoy helping them out with their needs. I love to do crafts with children and see them grow. I'm looking for a job that has a respectful family that has either a flexible schedule or set schedule. I am open to watching up to four children at a time and am willing to perform household duties (dishes, laundry, etc). I am also open to driving kids to practice and/or picking them up from school. I started working with kids when I was around 12 years old with my younger cousins. Once I got my license in 2020, I started to more seriously babysit/nanny. One thing you should know about me is I am a very easy-going babysitter but I am willing to be strict if need be.
