About Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn worked for my family for over 2 years. She was incredibly present and motivated. She came to our house each day with a positive, friendly and playful attitude. She brought forth creative ways to keep our 1 going on 2 year old boy entertained and stimulated. Reading books, teaching him words, teaching him to walk, and potty training! After he moved on to a school program, Kaitlyn stayed with us for our 1 year old. Bringing the same proactive and stimulating approach, and once again a major role in helping her walk and talk. Kaitlyn was never on her phone with either of my children just present with them all day. She fed them, brought them outside, assisted them to sleep, read books, played games - daily. She created a daily routine and learning path for them all on her own and unprompted. She would occasionally watch both kids at the same time and did so with patience and ease. She adapted well to the transition from our boy to our girl as they are both very different - giving them the attention and care they needed. She is determined, sweet, patient, present and respectful. We were so lucky to have found Kaitlyn!!
