About Kaitlyn

Hello there! My name is Kaitlyn and I am 25 years of age! I have been fortunate to spend the last 7 years working as a caregiver in various childcare centers, and many school districts and it has been an incredibly fulfilling journey. My passion for children runs deep, and I find immense joy in creating nurturing environments where they can learn and grow. Over the years, I've honed my skills in child development and care, which has allowed me to understand and meet each child's unique needs effectively. Being a caregiver isn't just a job for me; it's a calling. I cherish the opportunity to positively impact young lives every day and am committed to providing them with the love, support, and guidance they need to thrive. I worked the last 4 years in receiving a bachelors degree as an intervention specialist and this has come with many opportunities to learn and grow as a provider!
