I LOVE Kaitlyn! She is one the rare ones. She is honest, kind, gentle and direct. Kaitlyn creates her own activities for the children and documents it so you can see what your child has created. She helped take care of my 18 month old for a few months and my little girl learned so much in that short amount of time and was exposed to a lot of different interactions and activities. I can't recommend Kaitlyn enough. She really is a wonderful woman and would be an excellent choice for a Nanny for your child/children. 10/10 would recommend!!
