About Kaitlyn

Hi, my name is Kaitlyn and I'm 21. I have been caring for children full time as a nanny for close to two years and babysitting since I was 13. My full time nanny position with an infant just ended in May as the family was transferred. I am currently working as a summer nanny for a family of four kids including twin toddlers. I am looking for a new family with infants/toddlers full time. I love to watch kids grow, learn and hit their developmental milestones. I enjoy teaching them how to process their emotions, collaborate with others, and baby sign to help communicate. I believe all kids deserve to be treated with kindness, patience and respect. I have experience with ages 3 months and up including 2 sets of twin toddlers. I have completed early childhood education classes at ACC.
