About Kaitlyn

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, nurturing, and enthusiastic. Working with kids is incredibly fulfilling because their boundless imagination, genuine curiosity, and unfiltered enthusiasm never fail to inspire and energize me. Witnessing their growth, being part of their learning journey, and having the opportunity to positively influence their lives brings me immense joy and satisfaction. I love helping shape the future generation and knowing that I can contribute to their development in meaningful ways. One thing you should know about me is I work as a counselo, a camp for girls that specializes in social/emotional intelligence skills. The girls have the space to share what's weighing on their hearts and relate to one another and get feedback from experienced staff. It has been life changing for me as a camper and as a counselor. It is extremely rewarding getting to help young girls and watching them apply the skills they learn at camp in their lives.
