About Kaitlyn

Hi! My name is Kaitlyn, and I'm a dependable, energetic, and caring college student studying Cellular and Molecular Biology (Pre-Med). I love working with kids and creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment where they feel comfortable and encouraged to grow. I'm outgoing, intuitive, trustworthy, spunky, and genuinely happy to help others. I have experience working with children in educational and caregiving settings, including as a special needs nanny and student mentor. These experiences strengthened my patience, communication, and ability to connect with kids of all ages and personalities. My long-term goal is to become a pediatric orthopedic surgeon, which reflects how passionate I am about caring for and supporting children. I truly enjoy helping families feel supported and making a positive impact in kids' lives!
