About Kaitlyn

I'd describe my personality as ambitious, helpful, and outgoing. I like working with kids because I enjoy being around kids. I've always had an interest in working with kids. I grew up with younger siblings/cousins. Also like that I'm able to help out parents that need childcare. I'm looking for a job that I enjoy. I enjoy being around kids so I feel when I'm watching them I don't feel like I'm actually working. Also everyday is different when watching kids with activities, games, etc. which makes it feel like I'm not doing the same thing repeatedly. I started working with kids like 4-5 months ago. I grew up with younger siblings/cousins so I've always been around kids and would watch and help out with them. I started 4-5 months ago watching kids as a job. In my spare time, I like to color, cook, go on outside adventures, and visit new places. One thing you should know about me is I'm reliable and flexible. My skills include good communication, understanding, and compassion.
