About Kaitlyn

Hi! I'm a recent Clemson University graduate living in the Charlotte area, and I am excited to connect with a family looking for a dependable, caring, and energetic helping hand! I've spent the last 10 years involved in children's ministry at my church, working with children ages 1-10. This experience has taught me how to create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for kids while being patient, attentive, and adaptable to their individual needs. I love getting to know children's personalities, finding creative ways to keep them entertained, and being someone they feel comfortable around. I'm naturally outgoing, organized, and responsible, and I genuinely enjoy helping people out. Through my work, volunteer leadership, and experience balancing multiple responsibilities, I've developed strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. I'm also happy to help with household tasks, organization, errands, and keeping the day running smoothly for a busy family.
