About Kaitlyn

Hi! My name is Kaitlyn, and I have a passion for working with children and helping them learn, grow, and feel supported. I graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a bachelor's degree in Child and Adolescent Studies, focusing on Elementary School Settings, and I am currently pursuing my master's degree and teaching credential. I have about two years of experience working with after-school program, caring for children in TK through 8th grade. Through this experience, I have developed strong skills in supervising children, planning activities, supporting learning, and creating a fun, safe, and positive environment. I am patient, responsible, dependable, and enjoy getting to know each child's unique personality. I love making learning fun and helping children build confidence and independence.
