About Kaitlyn

I have 15+ years of experience in caring for children & 10+ years in caring for individuals with disabilities in a variety of settings. I've had the opportunity to build wonderful relationships with the children/families I've worked with! I'm also a proud mama to a little boy, who has made my love for children grow even more! Being a mom myself, I understand just how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your little ones. I'd describe myself as loving, patient, outgoing, & compassionate. I love being silly, making memories, encouraging little personalities to shine, & creating a fun, safe, & nurturing environment where kids can just be kids! I'm currently looking for part-time or occasional opportunities with flexible scheduling. My availability is based around my 50/50 custody schedule with my son, which follows a consistent, alternating weekly rotation. I can provide that schedule to you for reference!
