About Kaitlyn

Hi! My name is Kaitlyn, and l am currently a college student pursuing a degree in Pediatric Nursing. I have always had a passion for working with children and helping them learn, grow, and have fun in a safe environment. I have completed child development coursework and gained hands-on experience through student teaching, where I worked closely with children of various ages and developmental levels. I also have experience working with children with special needs, which has helped me develop strong communication skills, patience, understanding, and adaptability. I started working because being the oldest sibling with a 10-year age gap, caring for children has been a big part of my life for many years. I am dependable, nurturing, and genuinely enjoy spending time with kids. I love planning fun, engaging activities such as crafts, outdoor play, games, reading, and creative learning experiences rather than relying on phones, tablets, or screen time.
