About Kaitlyn

I'm a caregiver with a passion for fostering children's growth and development. I have 2-3 years of experience working with children of all ages. I currently work at a preschool where I am the lead teacher of our 12-18-month-olds. My patient, calm, and creative personality helps me connect with children and create a positive and nurturing environment. I keep parents updated on their child's day through written daily reports and verbal communication. I'm comfortable enforcing rules as guided by the parents. My favorite activities with children include the outdoors, educational games that promote learning, and singing. I can comfortably care for children from infants to preteens. I am in the process of earning an Associate's degree in Music Education. I am 20 years old and I have my own transportation, an IVP clearance card, & comfortable with pets. I'm excited about the opportunity to support families and make a positive impact on the lives of children. CPR certification in process.
