I've cared for kids ages 6 months to 7-years-old for over five years, with three of those years being teaching kids of all abilities in my classroom.. When it comes to in-home care, I have been known to stick to a schedule parents give me of meal times and bed times. While in high school, I interned in the special needs room mid-day. This has taught me a lot about patience and caring for kids of all ages and needs. On a lighter side, I love pets, crafts, and anything Disney related. Kaitlyn is absolutely amazing - the way she interacts and formed a safe and comforting relationship with my two kids made my husband and I at such ease. Kaitlyn incorporates learning, directions and manners into play and this allows your child to understand the actions in a much simpler context. She helped us so to understand this so much with our very energetic toddler. She is simply the best - we value her in our family so much.
