About Kaitlin

I am an experienced and passionate caregiver with a deep understanding of early childhood development. My experience spans from full-time nannying for 3 under 3, to supervising after-school programs consisting of up to 50 children at a time. I have experience with a variety of conditions such as nonverbal autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, anger management issues, etc. I will support each and every child regardless of their needs or circumstances. I prefer to be screen-free and outdoors if possible. I will not be spend time on my phone, I will be playing engaging and physically active games. Because of my education background, I will implement learning into every situation. I'm an avid cook and am happy to manage meal prep and household chores to keep things running smoothly. I am a safe, reliable driver for school pickups or outings. My caregiving philosophy is rooted in structure and routine, but always with enough flexibility to allow for creativity and curiosity.
