About Kaitlin

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, a calling I have pursued for over 20 years. My background includes Early Child Development coursework and certification as an elementary school teacher, which informs my patient, calm, and creative approach to care. I am comfortable managing up to three children, ranging from infants to pre-teens. Whether we are playing outdoor sports, solving puzzles, or engaging in educational games, I prioritize active, meaningful interaction. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and creative crafts. I value clear communication with parents through regular updates and respect your specific household rules. I have a reliable car and am happy to welcome your pets into our daily routine. I look forward to bringing my dedication and warmth into your home to help your children thrive.
