I love arts and crafts, I'll usually make something with my siblings based on the season, or paint something that I've been inspired by. One thing you should know about me is I have first hand experience with siblings, that ranges from many different age gaps. So, I know some conflict resolution, when to step in versus let the scenario resolve itself, and how important it is to include everyone when making activities.

Kaitlin did a great job watching our 15 month old son, keeping up with him as he ran around the house and being a huge help on a day we were unexpectedly left without child care. We would happily hire her again in the future!
