One thing you should know about me is I have first hand experience with siblings, that ranges from many different age gaps. So, I know some conflict resolution, when to step in versus let the scenario resolve itself, and how important it is to include everyone when making activities.

Kaitlin did a great job watching our 15 month old son, keeping up with him as he ran around the house and being a huge help on a day we were unexpectedly left without child care. We would happily hire her again in the future!
